• Mechanical Testing

    A materials testing machine is used to accurately measure the physical strengths of solid materials.

    The test system mainly consists of:
    • Reaction test load frame of a suitable capacity to meet with the application
    • Measuring transducers to cover the range of applied load and strain measurements
    • Test fixturing to support the specimen while under the application test
    • Control and data analysis software package to:
      • Input parameters of the material
      • Control the reaction frame to follow a test profile
      • Measure calculations for Modulus, Peak Load, Break Point and Poisson’s Ratio 
      • Perform a statistical analysis of a sample batch tested
      • Export test data to network databases

    • Tension - Modulus, Peak Load, Pre-Determined Preset Points,  Break Point and Poisson’s Ratio 
    • Compression - Modulus, Peak Load, Pre-Determined Preset Points  and Break Point
    • Flexure - Modulus, Peak Load and Break Point
    • Peel, Tear, Friction – First Peak and Average Peel Force
    • Shear - Modulus, Peak Load and Break Point
    • Coefficient of Friction – Static and Dynamic Coefficient of Friction
